Image is of a dry log where it is laying on the ground with a larger log set next to it across the top. The smaller log is central in the picture frame. With the bark peeled off the top half of the log facing upwards from the ground, there are several scores in the log that look like straight lines. Those marks on the log are where the axe cut through pieces of wood. The under log is split across the length of it and the axe marks create an interesting and uneasy criss-cross pattern.
